Welcome to the Women's Lobby of Colorado!

The Women’s Lobby of Colorado seeks to provide better opportunities for women in our state by ensuring that public policies reflect gender equity and justice. By consistently maintaining a daily lobbying presence at Colorado’s Capitol, our all volunteer organization has kept the needs of women front and center in our state’s public policy debates for more than a decade.

Issues Committees now being held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Come to share your priorities for new legislation.

Meetings are held at 1500 Grant from Noon - 1:15 in the Bluebell room.

We are pleased to present our third annual legislative scorecard reflecting women’s priorities in the state of Colorado.

The scorecard is a voting record of state legislature in regards to women-focused priority bills. We hope that you will carefully examine the scores of legislators and write or call elected officials to let them know you reviewed their votes.

The Women's Lobby has beenhard at work bringing awareness to Coloradans about the need for safe cosmetics and the harm that some of these toxins can do. We have been working with the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics to protect your health by eliminating chemicals in cosmetics linked to cancer, birth defects and other health problems. Even though our bill on safe personal care products did not pass this year, we will continue working on the issue due to overwhelming support from our membership.
